UNITED STATES
Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days.

CANADA
Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days.

EU
Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days once dispatched. Orders are generally dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.

UK
Shipping typically takes 1-4 business days once dispatched. Orders are generally dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Rest of World
Shipping typically takes 2-30 days, depending on your location.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

General Returns:

We want you to love your new purchase! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping on all returns and exchanges is paid for by the purchaser. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. All products must be sent back for inspection prior to refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged after delivery.

To return or exchange an item, please get in touch with me directly at sam@solutionsthegame.com and I’ll let you know what your next steps are.

Damaged Items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged game. If your order arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with me directly with pictures within 14 calendar days at sam@solutionsthegame.com so that I can make it right.

Order Never Arrived:

If your order was confirmed as delivered by your tracking number but you didn’t receive it, please get in touch with me directly at sam@solutionsthegame.com.

Cancelling An Order:

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, please email me immediately at sam@solutionsthegame.com. I will do my best to cancel the order with the fulfillment center. There are no guarantees that this is possible, even if you have not yet received an email saying that the order has shipped, because these emails are sometimes sent manually and only approximate reality.

THE ‘GOOD HUMAN’ RULE

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order, please be kind about it. We are all human. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund or cancellation to anyone who is rude about it. This is subjective, and at our discretion. We hope that this type of rule spreads to become commonplace as a step to protect the mental health of workers and to encourage everyone treating people right.
